Chimera's Tate has a wicked strike and a natually very deep bite with very high fight drives. I will be working on developing his off leash ob and PP work very soon. In the mean time, here are some photos of his from his last training session.

He really is a beautiful dog, it's funny I showed these pictures to a friend of mine and she said he looks mean, somehow I only see beautiful, powerful, agile, and fast.

it's one of those eye of the beholder things I guess.

Recently on some threads i have heard repeatedly that a pure, game-bred pitbull is not suitable for protection because they lack human aggression-is this entirely true. Anybody with info on this?

Love this boy! Do you think he is through growing, or will he get bigger. I personaly like him the way he is, perfect size! How would you compare his power with other dogs you have that are 20-30lbs heavier?

Since the APBT was not bred for PP work some APBT are not going to do so well for realistic PP work as many are too friendly to be reliable for protection work; however, some APBT can indeed excell at PP work.

Tate is a second+ generation Swinford. Tate is probably done growing. A dog like Preacher is certainly going to bring more power...no doubt; howver, Tate has more than enough power to control a man. And, he has a lot of speed and agility.
