Here are a few pics of Dro at just about 11 months old. He is developing nicely. He is watchful/vocal toward strangers--especially at night. He is super protective when he is on "his" property. He is SUPER dog agressive. He is a big clown/puppy toward all family members and toward all children, strangers or not. All in All, he is turning out very wel. I will try and post some video of his 1st ever bite session, which I plan to conduct around his 1st birthday (july 4) just to see what raw material he is working with.

Thanks Lee and Nico. He is on the large side, which is what i was looking for in a Bandog --A more athletic/healthy MASTIFF. I wasnt looking for a more protective Pit. One of the things I like best about him is his heat tolerance. (This is especially important to me, having had 2 American Bulldog die of heat stroke/exhaustion). He easily withstands the 90 degree days here in Georgia, and we can go walking a good distance in the heat of the day with him doing nothing more than a slight pant (as opposed to that heavy hacking, short of breath breathing that some dogs exhibit). He is out of Linebaugh x Chili Pepper (D.O.B 7-4-09)

VERY nice looking dog. My name is Patrick and I am from Ohio. I would like to express my thanks to Mr. Robinson and to the other members of this forum who discuss their dogs and dog related issues with integrity. It is indeed hard to find people in the dog world sometimes who can openly help each other out, and build each other up, rather than tearing each other down. Back to the topic in question though, I would definitely love to have a dog like that someday, and heat tolerance and general "overall hardiness" is of course of upmost importance. I have only had a few dogs in my life, but in my opinion it was extremely easy to tell which dogs came from true working lines, and which did not. Although the summers in Ohio are nothing in comparison to those in Georgia, I have had dogs that could not stand to be outside more than half an hour in 90 heat.

It is not often that a dog the size of yours is heat tolerant, this speaks for Lee's program again! Heat tolerance is an important factor for me too, since I live in LA, and summer are crazy hot here. Wish you good continuation with your boy, and hope you keep us updated with his deveopment.
