If you ever want to bring him down to see how well he works, just let me know. I would be glad to evaluate him.
I too was sorry to hear about your Cane Corso female and hope the breeder makes it right, especially since she is still so young.

Hey Darron The breeder is a friend of mine on the farm and is no longer breeding it really sucks! I am now going to try to find someone with a suitable female who needs a good stud hopefully it will work out. I have only worked with Tucker a little bit he is a laid back guy but I kind of liked that because my Corso was so protective it was challenging just to take her to the vet. Tucker seems to calm her down and I know he learned a lot from her as far as protecting the boundaries of my property, evaulating strangers etc. How bout Axshun's personality whats he like? Dave

Lee Thanks for the invite I would love to just not sure when. I think after the winter sometime in the spring would be good. I was excited to hear bout Preacher and Indy I think they will compliment each other I bet you get some fantastic pups out of that breeding.

Funny you say Tucker is laid back Axshun is so laid back that I was really worried he wouldn't be a good protecter I thought he was to cool. But to my surprise and joy I might add he could turn it on and turn it off which is the best combo IMO

Good to hear that I know that Tucker would turn it on if necessary but for the most part he likes people especially kids which I would agree is nice balance and advantage to have the ability to be both! Do you intend to breed Axshun at some point?

I do plan on breeding him want to get him good and worked them get a female swinford get her good and worked and then bring them together.I want to represent the breed well on the east coast. Another option I have to is to breed him to a Mason family bandog female. A guy I've just met has one and she's nice and he loves Axshun but that's a long shot being that I'm really into the swinfords feel that Lee did all the leg work so all I got to do is get the dogs and work em and breed him keep it simple no need to try to find another formula it's already been formulated.

Lee I had to do it he has such an impressive headpiece.I would have taken the circumference if he would stay still long enough. I have to catch him napping and get that shot. LOL

Darron Sounds like a great plan I certainly like what Lee has done for sure. I still think it would be cool to throw some Corso into the mix.

Tucker is huge!! but he is also well proportioned just like all of Lee's Swinfords. Beautiful, beautiful animal with scary eyes that shows you do not want to mess with him. A strong personal protection dog of this size that is laid back, but knows when to turn on the heat, really is the best you can ask for! I am jealouse

Dave nice dog, he is a beast and very big, 30 inches is pretty tall, i think your supposed to take something and lay it flat across there back and mark the spot on a wall and measure that.... thats how i did it...... but i guess that way works to either way your dog is huge, and its cool you measure him, cause i do the same thing with my dogs lol , im gonna go measure the top of my dogs head now, btw you got a messaurement on his head? take a string wrap it around his whole head and messaure it with that tape messaure, also i think axshum was big like your dog to in the 120lbs......anyways nice dog dave, sry to hear about your female. do you still plan on useing corso blood to stud to?

I would still like to use Corso blood if I can find a suitable female. A lot of the Corso folks that I know are not into Swinfords and they are determined to keep their lines pure. I do know some folks who would sell me a a great Corso dog I just do not really have room for another dog. Ideally I would like to find someone with a nice female Swinford from Lee or a REALLY nice Corso and work out a deal that would be fair to all. Thanks for the tips on taking measurements I had never done that I was just trying to demonstrate his SIZE! Sometimes in a picture it can be hard to tell.
