Thanks for posting the pics.

Who/what else is in the pedigree?  Are they Ceasar offspring bred back to him or two of his offspring bred together?

Either way, I am looking foward to seeing them at maturity.

Johnny,

Which breed cross with Ceaser do you think produced better, the AB or the Whopper line pit?

I hope you don't mind me intervening on this topic...but I would like to say something. I imagine Johnny would agree but I don't want to speak for him.

When it comes to breeding, many things need to be considered. Not just breeds, but specimens of the breeds. Even then, there is no guarantee. A dog might work with one line and not well with another. It has to be the right combo. Even then, you have to pick the right offspring to work with for foundation dogs. This is why some line breeding helps. You select the individuals produced that display the desired traits. Selecting for performance. Then by concentrating working dogs with other working dogs one ends up producing performance...that is if they are willing to put forth the work, time, and money.

On that note, Johnny has done well and works on improving his dogs as much as anyone...and far more than most.

To produce performance, you must select for it! Chimera Kennels

The Ab just because she was a better female from a line dedicated to manwork
