Chimera Kennels

Some of you may remember Chimera's Annie Oakley. Here she is out west (in Texas) after a successful hunt and some catch work. She is the brindle dog in the middle of the photo and in the back...standing in the water with her back legs but with her front by the head of the hog. She also is the only dog with BOTH cropped ears and a docked tail. She was out of our dogs Chimera's Preacher-Man and Chimera's Lynn.

Love it!!! She's a Beauty for sure. I used to do quite a bit of hog hunting with my Pit Bulldogs in CA when I was younger, but it's getting down right impossible to do there these days unless you know someone with private property. I was hoping that I'd meet some Hog Hunters here in NC since I hear there are lot's of good piggies here. I haven't yet, and my dog isn't old enough to go anyway, but I may take him down to Okeechobee FL where my cousins live if he ends up having the temp for it, and can handle the heat down there when he's old enough. True test of a dog's heart and physical capabilities imo.
